Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Mechanical Design Engineer – HVAC
with
3 – 5 years
of experience. As a
Mechanical Design Engineer – HVAC
you will be responsible for the design, development, coordination, and quality assurance of HVAC systems using BIM tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and model
    HVAC
    systems
  • Develop intelligent 3D models in
    Revit MEP
    based on approved design concepts.
  • Perform interdisciplinary coordination and clash detection
  • Create and update families for HVAC components.
  • Generate coordinated drawings, schedules, and quantities directly from BIM models.
  • Work closely with other MEP engineers, BIM coordinators, and architects.
  • Support digital innovation within the engineering department, contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
    or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of experience
    in HVAC design.
  • Advanced proficiency in
    (Autodesk Revit MEP
    /
    AutoCAD / HAP)
