Responsibilities & Duties:

* Participate in the development and expansion of Oncology Pharmacy Services.

* Ensure best practice and compliance with agreed guidelines for the use of chemotherapy medications.

* Preparation of IV medications, fluids, and inotropes in LAF (Laminar Air Flow) with positive pressure and proper labeling.

* Work with pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals to reduce medication errors, adverse incidents, and other clinical risks associated with pharmacy, and review all related risks.

* Ensure that work is carried out safely in accordance with Health & Safety provisions.

* Assist in recruitment, interviewing, and selection of personnel in oncology pharmacy.

* Provide continuous training to inpatient pharmacists (IV compounding, neonatal doses, MMU, TPN—adult & neonatal, etc.).

* Participate in the development, measurement, and analysis of Pharmacy Key Performance Indicators.

Requirements :

* Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

* Board of Oncology Pharmacist is a must.

* 5–7 years of hospital experience in the same title.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.

* Valid pharmacist license in Egypt.
