Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced
HR Operations Manager
to lead and oversee all human resources functions across our Egypt and Saudi branches.
The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient management of
HR operations, payroll, recruitment, performance management, training, employee relations, and compliance
with both Egyptian and Saudi labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR operations, including attendance, payroll, employee files, and contracts.
- Develop annual workforce plans and succession strategies.
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including interviews and candidate evaluation.
- Design and manage compensation structures, benefits, and incentive programs.
- Implement performance management systems linked to KPIs and rewards.
- Supervise training and onboarding programs for new employees.
- Foster positive employee relations, communication, and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration
, or a related field. - 20+ years
of HR experience, including
10 years in a leadership role
. - Strong knowledge of
Egyptian and Saudi labor laws
. - Proven experience in
advertising, media, or multinational organizations
. - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in HR systems and
MS Office
applications. - Fluent in
English (spoken and written)
.
