The Controller oversees all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial information, compliance with regulatory requirements, and provides strategic financial guidance to senior management.

●      Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP or applicable standards.

●      Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

●      Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

●      Supervise the accounting team in day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.

●      Ensure proper recording of financial transactions and adherence to accounting principles.

Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.

Requirements

● Years of experience in accounting or finance.

●      Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting and/or Business Administration; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.

●      Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

●      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
