Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Cold Caller. The Cold Caller will be responsible for contacting potential clients via phone to introduce Upscend's services and solutions. Responsibilities include identifying prospective leads, maintaining detailed records, responding to customer inquiries, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to meet outreach goals. This role requires persistence, communication, and an ability to build rapport over the phone.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with sales techniques, lead generation, and customer relationship management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records of client interactions
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and related software for tracking leads and progress
  • Ability to work independently and remotely in a goal-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is highly beneficial
  • High school diploma or equivalent, while a bachelor's degree is a plus
