Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Online English Instructor. The instructor will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging English lessons tailored to students' needs, assessing their progress, and providing feedback to help them improve. Core responsibilities include teaching grammar, writing, and conversation skills, as well as fostering a positive learning environment and encouraging active participation. Instructors are expected to utilize innovative teaching methodologies and tools to effectively deliver lessons online.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching skills
  • Experience or knowledge in Education methodologies
  • Strong Writing skills to support curriculum development and student feedback
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
  • Comfort with using virtual learning platforms and digital tools for online instruction
  • Previous experience teaching English to diverse student populations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field preferred
  • TEFL, TESOL, or similar certification is an advantage
