Role Description

The Senior Creative Designer will lead the development of high-quality visual content to enhance brand presence across all marketing channels. The role requires advanced expertise in graphic design and video editing, with a strong understanding of the real estate and construction industry, to effectively communicate project concepts, property features, and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of creative materials for digital and print platforms, including brochures, social media campaigns, outdoor advertising, and presentations.
  • Produce and edit videos, motion graphics, and animations for property showcases, project updates, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and project teams to translate business goals and project briefs into compelling visual assets.
  • Develop branding and visual identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Supervise junior designers, providing creative direction, feedback, and quality control.
  • Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of all creative materials.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, and videographers when required.
  • Stay updated with design and real estate marketing trends, bringing innovative ideas to enhance brand storytelling.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a creative design role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of brand design, marketing materials, and video projects.
  • Excellent understanding of layout design, typography, and color theory.
  • Strong video editing and post-production skills, including motion graphics and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
