Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Mechanical Engineer based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Mechanical Engineer will oversee the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems across various projects. Key responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, preparing technical reports, leading project execution, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of efficient and innovative solutions that meet project deadlines and specifications.

Requirements:


• 7–10 years of experience in contracting or real estate development companies.


• Strong expertise in mechanical systems design and coordination:

HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Fighting.


• Proven experience in reviewing drawings, specifications, and BOQs.


• Solid knowledge of international codes:

ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IPC.


• Proficient in AutoCAD and mechanical design software.

Key Responsibilities:


• Review and coordinate mechanical designs across all disciplines.


• Provide technical support during construction and resolve technical issues.


• Participate in Value Engineering to optimize cost, quality, and performance.

Location: Abbas El Akkad – Nasr City (Head Office)

Days Off: 2 days per week
