Job Purpose

The primary purpose of the Integration Expert role is to Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level integration solutions that enable seamless data and process flows across the organization. Design scalable integration solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and IT operations, to ensure the successful delivery of integration solutions that meet the organization's needs. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Create and maintain comprehensive API documentation using Swagger, ensuring clarity and ease of use for developers. Continuously improve and optimize integration architectures by implementing monitoring and alerting mechanisms.

Integration Solution Design and Implementation: Analyze business and technical requirements to design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable integration solutions. Leverage expertise in TIBCO, webMethods, and other integration technologies to deliver seamless data and process integration across the organization. API Gateway Management: Manage the API Gateway, including the design, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of APIs. Implement API security, governance, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure the integrity and reliability of the organization's API ecosystem. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address API-related issues and optimize API performance. Knowledge Sharing and Mentoring: Contribute to the organization's knowledge base by documenting best practices, lessons learned, and integration solution artifacts. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay informed about the latest integration technologies, patterns, and industry trends. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, and propose innovative solutions to enhance the organization's integration capabilities. Collaborate with the IT leadership team to develop a strategic roadmap for the organization's integration initiatives. Compliance and Governance: Ensure integration solutions adhere to the organization's security, compliance, and governance policies. Collaborate with the IT security team to address any integration-related security concerns. Participate in audits and provide technical guidance to maintain the integrity of the integration landscape.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

Proficient in TIBCO or webMethods integration technologies. Hands-on experience in Java programming and familiarity with IBM BPM Cloud Pack. Expertise in API Gateway design, deployment, and management. Strong knowledge of integration patterns and architectural principles. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Problem Solving: Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions. Innovation: Willingness to explore and implement innovative solutions in digital application development. Skills & Abilities: Proficient in programming languages, development tools, and methodologies.

EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL

Minimum 3 years of experience in integration solution development and implementation

EXPERIENCE_DESIRABLE

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Experience in working with enterprise-level integration solutions. Knowledge of cloud-based integration platforms and services. Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices. Exposure to data integration and ETL processes. Understanding of enterprise-level security and compliance requirements.
