Financial Analyst
to join our Finance function and play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting, with strong hands-on expertise in
Power BI
and internationally recognized financial or data analytics certifications. This role requires a highly analytical mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses to support management decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, investments, and operational efficiency.
  • Design, build, and manage interactive dashboards and reports using
    Power BI
    to provide real-time financial insights.
  • Monitor financial performance against KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes in coordination with accounting teams.
  • Conduct cost analysis, profitability analysis, and margin analysis across different business units.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support strategic initiatives and business planning.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reporting.
  • Stay updated on financial best practices, data analytics tools, and reporting standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–7 years of proven experience
    in a Financial Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Power BI
    (data modeling, DAX, dashboards, and visualization).
  • Holding
    internationally recognized certifications
    related to finance or data analytics is a must (e.g., CFA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, FMVA, Power BI/Data Analytics certifications).
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
