Business Development & Sales Executive is needed for ILAC-Architects

Location: 6th of October City, Giza (onsite)

Purpose:

ILAC Architects & Consultants is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development & Sales Executive to lead client acquisition and relationship-building efforts in the architecture and design industry. If you're passionate about design, real estate, and strategic sales—and thrive on results—this is your chance to join a forward-thinking architectural firm making its mark on the built environment in Egypt.

Main Tasks:

• Identify and approach potential clients, including developers, investors, and project owners
• Present ILAC's design services and project portfolio in a confident and professional manner
• Develop tailored strategies to expand market presence and generate qualified leads
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams to align client expectations with service delivery
• Track pipeline activity and meet monthly or quarterly targets

Required Qualifications:

• Experience from 2-5 years in business development, sales, or client relations (real estate, consultant companies, Engineering Companies or design background is a plus)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with the architecture/real estate landscape in Egypt is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
