Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized English-Skilled Drafting and Documentation Specialist to support our engineering and design teams. The role involves preparing and managing document submissions, handling professional correspondence, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across all technical documents.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, check, and format documents before submission.

Coordinate between engineering, design, and management teams.

Handle emails, letters, and reports in professional English.

Maintain clear and organized filing systems (digital and hard copies).

Prepare files for printing and ensure document control compliance.

Support general administrative and drafting tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Excellent English communication skills (writing and speaking).

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Previous experience in documentation, secretarial, or coordination roles is preferred
