Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Sohag. The Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily accounting operations, including maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Additional responsibilities include preparing tax returns, budgeting, and conducting financial analysis to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Experience with financial accounting, financial reporting, and general ledger management
  • Skills in accounts payable and receivable management, and account reconciliation
  • Proficiency in budgeting, tax preparation, and financial analysis
  • Strong understanding of relevant accounting regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus
