Administrative Manager Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Manager Assistant to support the daily operations of the administration department. The ideal candidate will assist in managing office activities, coordinating between departments, and ensuring smooth workflow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Administration Manager in daily operations and follow up on ongoing tasks.
- Handle correspondence, reports, and internal communication.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and databases.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
- Support in planning and supervising maintenance, housekeeping, and facility-related tasks.
- Schedule meetings and prepare minutes when needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in administrative support or office management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
