Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute comprehensive testing strategies, aligned with MLG's business objectives.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of testers.
  • Drive the adoption of test automation frameworks and tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with development teams, product owners, and project managers to define testing requirements.
  • Continuously improve testing processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.
  • Monitor quality metrics and provide reports to leadership teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks through proactive testing and risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and test automation methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in testing or Agile methodologies are a plus.
