As a Product
Marketing
Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and managing the full product lifecycle — from concept and market research to launch, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure each product delivers maximum value to our customers and aligns with the company's vision for innovation and impact in education.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement product strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Define product requirements and roadmap, collaborating with editorial, design, and marketing teams.
  • Manage product launches and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze data, and optimize based on insights.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive brand engagement and achieve growth targets.

  • Ensure consistent brand positioning and a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

  • Qualifications:

  • Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in product management within the Education, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in driving brand engagement and delivering strong ROI.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
