Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Qesm Menouf for a District Medical Sales Manager. The role involves overseeing and leading a team of medical sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand market reach. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, providing field support, and fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Additionally, the manager will analyze market trends to make data-driven decisions and report to higher management on progress and challenges.

Qualifications

  • Sales Leadership and Business Development skills, including team management, sales planning, and achieving revenue objectives
  • Strong Communication and Networking abilities to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and team members
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making capabilities to address challenges and optimize team performance
  • Proficiency in using sales tools, reporting systems, and CRM platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Sciences, Veterinary or agriculture
  • experience in medical sales as Senior Medical rep
  • Ability to work on-site in Qesm Menouf and travel within assigned districts as needed
