What You'll Do:

As our
Egypt Marketing & Social Media Executive,

you'll play a key role in growing Dabchy's presence and brand awareness in Egypt. You'll manage our local social media channels, create engaging content, and support marketing campaigns tailored to the Egyptian audience.

Your Responsibilities:

Local Marketing & Strategy Support

  • Act as our cultural insider and market expert in Egypt.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies for campaigns and our official launch in Egypt.
  • Identify local trends, consumer behaviors, and growth opportunities.
  • Suggest partnerships, collaborations, and on-ground activations.

Social Media Management

  • Manage Dabchy's Egypt-focused social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Create and schedule engaging, localized content (reels, stories, posts).
  • Engage with the community: reply to comments, DMs, and spark conversations.

Content Creation

  • Film, edit, and post short-form video content (TikToks, reels, behind-the-scenes, community stories).
  • Work closely with the Tunisia HQ team to align messaging and visuals.
  • Coordinate with photographers or local content creators if needed.

Influencer & Partner Relations

  • Identify and connect with relevant influencers and creators.
  • Support the outreach and coordination of brand collaborations.
  • Recommend agencies or PR partners when broader campaign support is needed.

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and report on content performance and community engagement.
  • Suggest optimizations based on insights and social media trends.

What We're Looking For:

  • Based in Egypt, with deep knowledge of local culture and digital trends
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation
  • Strong skills in video content creation (especially Reels & TikTok)
  • Excellent communication in Arabic and English
  • Passion for fashion, secondhand culture, and community building
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: experience working with influencers, agencies, or startups
