Additionally, the manufacturing arm, Consolidated Casuals, specializes in high-quality cotton garments produced in a state-of-the-art facility in Sadat City.

We are seeking a
Sourcing Coordinator (Fabric & Trims)
to join our fashion retail team.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with fashion designers to finalize sourcing requirements and present diverse options to maintain cost flexibility.


• Arrange and track fabric and trims samples for the Product Development and Production teams to create prototypes.


• Assist in vendor communication to negotiate pricing, lead times, and minimum order quantities (MOQ).


• Create and manage purchase orders with national and international suppliers.


• Receive and review lab dips for color and quality approvals, ensuring adherence to standards.


• Track and assist in the approval process for bulk fabrics and final trims to meet production specifications.


• Monitor delivery schedules, update stakeholders on progress, and resolve any delays.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Textile Design, preferred Home economics or Applied art college.


• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.


• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.


• Familiarity with fabric and trims, and supplier management is advantageous.


• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management tools.
