Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Section Head based in New Cairo. The Section Head will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of their assigned section, managing and leading a team to achieve set goals, and ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities will also include strategic planning, decision-making to improve processes, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. The Section Head will collaborate with other departments to foster an environment of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Team Management skills
• Experience in strategic planning and decision-making
• Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Relevant industry experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
