Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo for a VIP CX - Chat account position. The role involves managing high-level customer interactions via chat, providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing inquiries or issues promptly. The role also includes handling VIP accounts and implementing strategies to optimize user engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively assist and engage with VIP clients
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills for understanding customer needs and improving user experience
- Experience in Account Management and Finance, with an ability to maintain and enhance customer relationships
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities to address customer issues efficiently
- Previous experience in the social media or digital platforms industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
