Major Telecom Operator in Saudi Arabia

NexaTG is hiring a
highly experienced and fully committed Solution Designer / Architect
to design, lead, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions for a major telecom program in KSA. The role is remote but
requires occasional travel
and strong communication with international clients.


Key Technical & Functional Responsibilities

  • Gather & analyze business requirements and convert them into:
  • User Stories, Use Case Diagrams, System Architecture & Business Process Flows
  • Serve as the main customer-facing contact for requirement clarification
  • Control and supervise all lifecycle phases of solution development
  • Monitor changes & ensure full compatibility across solution components
  • Plan and implement upgrades for existing solutions/products
  • Prepare & ensure high-quality technical documentation
  • Verify testing strategies and supervise internal testing
  • Support and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Organize and coordinate development team activities
  • Monitor efficiency, plan workloads & report to Project/Business Leads


Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years in Solution Design / Architecture
  • BSc/MSc in a Technical field
  • Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture
  • Previous hands-on development experience (mandatory)
  • Solid experience with Agile/Scrum
  • Fluent English for dealing with non-Arabic clients
  • Strong analytical, planning & leadership skills (mentoring, coaching, team coordination)
  • High attention to detail + ability to manage competing demands
  • Proven ability to lead development projects and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with strong "big picture" vision
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • High commitment, reliability & ability to work under pressure
  • Telecom sector experience is preferred
