Part-Time 3D Modeler and Visualizer Architect

Location: Cairo, Egypt (Remote with Occasional Field Visits)

Environas, an innovative design consultancy specializing in the built environment, is searching for a talented 3D Modeler and Visualizer Architect based in Cairo, Egypt for a 2-month project. The opportunity has the potential for conversion to a full-time position based on the organization's requirements.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Develop high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings for architectural and interior design projects. Collaborate with design teams to visualize concepts and support project presentations.
  • Create detailed visualization outputs including renderings, diagrams, and walkthroughs.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, and sustainability consultants to ensure visual accuracy and consistency.
  • Apply understanding of lighting, materials, and composition to produce compelling and contextually relevant visuals.
  • Manage multiple deliverables within agreed timelines while maintaining design intent and quality.

Qualifications & Skills
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural visualization and 3D modeling.
  • Proficiency in some of these tools: SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Strong design sense and attention to detail with an understanding of sustainable design principles.
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly through visuals and presentations.
  • Medium to high proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Must have good command over written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Willingness to be available as needed
