Position: Senior Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

ü Develop and execute sales strategies for process automation, instrumentation, and electrical solutions in target industries.

ü Build and maintain relationships with EPCs, plant operators, and key decision-makers.

ü Lead technical discussions, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.

ü Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver customized solutions.

ü Achieve and exceed annual sales targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field).

5-8 years of sales experience in O&G, Fertilizers, Chemicals & Petrochemicals sectors.

Proven track record in selling industrial automation, instrumentation, control systems, or electrical equipment.

Strong understanding of industry standards (API, ASME, IEC).
