Position: Motion Graphics – Team Lead

Location: New Cairo (Full-Time - From Office) 4 Days in office - 1 Day work from home. 8 Hours / Friday and Saturday are off

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage and lead motion graphics team in PDF.

·       Create and supervise the department process and ensure team is following it.

·       Creating and delivering motion graphics & animation for various media.

·       Working with Art director to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic designs.

·       Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.

·       Staying up to date on the latest graphic design techniques.

·       Create 2D or 3D still designs when the need arises.

·       Support branding department, when needed.

·       Having hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other designs software.

·       Listening to design needs, come up with ideas and clients communication.

·       Maintaining high standers of quality and making sure only the best work is released to the employer or client.

·       Design original pieces, including illustration, patterns .etc..

·       Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.

·       Coordinating and meeting with clients for briefs, adjustments, and maintaining clients' satisfaction.

·       Produces art layouts by developing art concepts and providing work direction to staff.

·       Meets art department work standers by following production, productivity, quality and customer service standers.

·       Produces layouts for printing by marking-up, pasting-up and finishing layouts.

·       Obtains clients approvals by presenting final layouts, storyboards and illustrations; while responding to clients commentary and requests.

What we're looking for:

  • Graduate with +3 years' proven experience, accompanied with team leading skills in Motion Graphics portfolio.
  • Hands-on experience for Motion Graphics & Social Media.
  • Ability to work independently and managing a team while being very creative.
