We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Supervisor to support the planning, coordination, and execution of ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily project operations, tracking progress, ensuring documentation accuracy, and supporting project managers in delivering high-quality outcomes.

This role requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work efficiently across multiple teams and tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily project administrative activities and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, stakeholders, and project managers.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and trackers using Notion and other project tools.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and work progress, ensuring alignment with project plans.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, status reports, and project summaries for management.
  • Support the project manager in task allocation, follow-ups, and risk identification.
  • Ensure smooth workflow across teams and help remove operational bottlenecks.
  • Track resource utilization and coordinate logistics related to project operations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and administrative requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Maximum 3 years of work experience in project administration, project coordination, or PMO support.
  • Hands-on experience using Notion for project tracking, documentation, and workflow management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and coordinate with multiple teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
