Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a B2B Sales Account Professional. The role involves identifying business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and managing accounts effectively to ensure client satisfaction. Daily tasks will include pitching services to potential clients, managing accounts, providing customer service excellence, and delivering training sessions to clients as needed. This role plays a strategic part in driving company growth through exceptional relationship management and sales expertise.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Account Management
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in providing client-focused Training to enhance engagement
  • Ability to identify customer needs and align solutions effectively
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in B2B environments is a plus
