Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst position located in Ad-Duqqi. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying areas for process improvement, and translating them into actionable solutions. Additional responsibilities include conducting data analysis, organizing stakeholder communication, preparing detailed reports and documentation, and supporting project teams throughout the implementation phases. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and drive organizational efficiency will also be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Technical skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools, business intelligence software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Analytical skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and data interpretation skills
  • Project management skills: Experience with planning, organizing, and monitoring project lifecycles
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, effective stakeholder engagement, and presentation abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Experience in E-commerce, logistics, or similar industries is a plus
