treasury supervisor
oversees daily treasury operations, managing cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships to ensure the company meets its financial obligations. Key responsibilities include forecasting cash needs, managing investments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supervising treasury staff. They also play a crucial role in risk management and preparing financial reports for senior management.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bank transactions and execution of payments including transfers, deposits, withdrawals, cheques, and bank charges.


• Maintain and reconcile all bank accounts in coordination with the accounting team.


• Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.


• Ensure accurate data flow on accounting system.


• Review bank transfers, deposits, and payment batches.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.


• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Requirements and Qualifications
.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.


• 5–7 years of experience in treasury operations, banking, or corporate finance. 


• Strong knowledge of treasury principles, cash management, and financial risk management.


• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Strong organizational and time management skills.
