Quality Manager Experience in ready-mix concrete industry from years

Job Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement the general quality policy.


• Develop and monitor the implementation of the quality control plan, which ensures the achievement of the quality policy.


• Prepare all forms used to monitor and activate the quality plan.


• Conduct periodic monitoring of work stations to ensure that work processes comply with quality requirements.


• Research and assess the quality management department's needs for human resources and equipment to meet work requirements and production rates.


• Conduct periodic performance evaluations of all quality management personnel and develop training programs to enhance skills and achieve optimal results.


• Review the technical specifications of all tenders submitted to the company to prepare a complete technical file for client submission.


• Take all necessary steps to obtain company accreditation from various consulting and supervisory bodies.


• Select and approve sources for all raw materials used in the company's concrete production and ensure that they undergo periodic testing to guarantee their suitability, whether in company laboratories or external laboratories.


• Negotiate with suppliers of aggregates, sand, and admixtures to secure the best possible prices and payment terms. For specifications.


• Designing mixes for different types of concrete according to project requirements and specifications.


• Preparing statistical analysis of the results of various stress tests to ensure compliance with the conditions and requirements of different specifications.


• Conducting scientific research in concrete technology to stay abreast of the latest developments in the ready-mix concrete industry and performing all necessary trial mixes to ensure the company's ability to produce and supply it to customers reliably.


• Ensuring that all operations personnel adhere to all company regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, with at least 7-12 years of experience in the ready-mix concrete industry.
