Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Senior Formwork Site Engineer (Civil). The Senior Formwork Site Engineer will oversee the setup and execution of formwork systems and ensure their alignment with project specifications. Responsibilities include supervising site activities, collaborating with teams, managing construction plans, conducting quality assessments, ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing resources and equipment usage for project efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Practical expertise in Formwork, Flatwork, and Carpentry
  • Experience with Power Tools and Heavy Equipment operation
  • Ability to provide technical guidance to teams and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in construction-related software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Previous experience in formwork and scaffolding projects is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Willingness to work on-site in Cairo and adapt to project needs
