Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and articulate English-speaking Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide product or service information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently.

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or company policies.

Resolve customer issues, complaints, or requests in a timely manner.

Document customer interactions in the system with clarity and accuracy.

Follow communication scripts and adhere to company procedures.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

Meet performance targets such as call handling time, quality standards, and customer satisfaction scores.

Maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor on every call.

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills in English (accent-neutral preferred).

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage but not always required.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

Patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

Work Conditions

Shift-based schedule (may include evenings, weekends, or holidays).

On-site, hybrid, or remote depending on company policy.

Training provided prior to starting the role.
