Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Risk & Collections Analyst to support our risk management operations. This role will be responsible for analyzing collection KPIs, identifying risk trends, and segmenting retailers based on various risk criteria to enhance decision-making and mitigate exposure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze risk-related metrics and collections KPIs to evaluate performance across different regions and sales representatives.
  • Identify risk gaps at the city, area, and rep levels, providing insights into potential vulnerabilities.
  • Segment retailers according to risk levels, creating structured categories for monitoring and follow-up.
  • Highlight risky retailers using multiple evaluation criteria such as payment behavior, location, and historical performance.
  • Generate and maintain comprehensive risk reports to support leadership in making data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely action on high-risk accounts and contribute to improving collection efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
  • Experience in risk analysis is preferred.
