Location: Head Office – Nasr City

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Analysis:

Design HVAC systems (chilled water, DX, VRF, ventilation, and exhaust) for buildings.

Perform detailed calculations for heat load (using HAP), airflow, duct sizing, and static pressure.

Select HVAC equipment (AHUs, FCUs, chillers, VRF units, etc.) and prepare schedules.

Documentation & BOQs:

Prepare mechanical drawings (plans, sections, schematics), design reports, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

Develop technical specifications and scope of work documents.

Code Compliance & Standards:

Ensure designs comply with international codes such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, IMC, and local SBC requirements.

Coordination & Review:

Collaborate with electrical, plumbing, firefighting, architectural, and structural teams.

Project support

Support all design stages: concept, schematic, detailed design, and IFC.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (Power)

Experience:(1-3) years in HVAC system design in a consulting engineering environment

Knowledge of Codes & Standards: Strong understanding of ASHRAE, SMACNA, IMC, NFPA, and SBC

AutoCAD & Revit (Required)

HAP (Hourly Analysis Program) .

DuctSizer, PipeSizer, or equivalent tools

Microsoft Office Suite

Navisworks (Preferred for clash detection)
