Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Takaful Insurance Agent at Misr Life Insurance – Takaful, based in Qesm El Maadi, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves identifying potential clients, advising on suitable insurance products, and assisting clients in purchasing life and medical insurance plans that meet their needs. Additionally, the agent will actively develop and maintain long-term client relationships, meet sales targets, and ensure compliance with Islamic Sharia principles in all transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients effectively.
• Proficiency in sales, relationship management, and customer service.
• Knowledge of insurance products, specifically Takaful insurance, and a solid understanding of Islamic financial principles.
• Ability to analyze client needs, provide tailored insurance solutions, and ensure transparency in all processes.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple clients and responsibilities.
• Proficiency in computer applications and basic reporting tools is preferred.
• Prior experience in sales, finance, or insurance is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
