Job Summary

We are hiring an
Inventory Management Specialist
to manage and maintain our
resale property inventory
, ensure accurate publishing across platforms, and
actively support sales through calling, prospecting, and matching properties with client requirements
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain resale listings in the CRM
  • Upload and manage listings on:
  • Company website
  • Property Finder
  • OLX
  • Ensure accuracy of prices, availability, specs, and visuals
  • Update listing status (available / reserved / sold)
  • Handle and track contracts with external agents
  • Call and prospect owners, agents, and listings when needed
  • Match available properties with client requests and sales leads
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Remove outdated or duplicate listings

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate inventory, CRM, or admin roles
  • Experience with Property Finder and OLX
  • Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Based in Cairo
