Role Description

We are seeking a
Tendering Team Leader
to join our Tendering & Business Development Department.

The role is responsible for
leading and coordinating all aspects of the tendering process
— from analyzing tender documents, preparing competitive bids, and finalizing cost estimates, to supporting negotiations and project handovers.

The Tendering Team Leader ensures
timely, accurate, and high-quality submissions
aligned with company objectives and client requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical preferred).
  • 8–10 years of progressive tendering experience, with at least part in a leadership role within the construction industry.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within the construction industry is a plus
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent MS Office and tendering software proficiency.
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and capable of managing multiple tenders simultaneously
