We're taking a strategic step towards achieving ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certification.

We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to design, establish, and lead the implementation of our Quality and ISO Management System (Proven establishment experience in the construction field is mandatory).

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage the company's comprehensive Document Management System (DMS) tailored to ISO requirements.
  • Develop and implement ISO-related policies, procedures, and templates.
  • Lead and prepare the company for ISO certification audits.
  • Train staff on document control and ISO requirements.
  • Liaise with external auditors and ensure compliance documentation.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in establishing ISO Management Systems (QMS/OH&S) in the Construction/Contracting field.
  • Proven practical experience in building and implementing ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 systems from the ground up (from scratch).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (EDMS knowledge is a plus).
  • Hands-on and proactive personality with the ability to build systems from the ground up.
