We are looking for a full-time Business Development Manager (Engineer) to join our team on-site in Cairo, Egypt.

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and securing new construction projects.

This role requires a technically skilled professional with a solid understanding of the construction industry and the ability to combine engineering knowledge with strategic business insight.

Responsibilities include developing business strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with the company's overall objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Architecture, or related field).

Experience in the construction or contracting industry is a must.

Proven track record of identifying and winning new projects.

Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and contract negotiation.

Experience in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, tendering, and management teams.

Target-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated to achieve growth objectives.
