Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architecture Technical Office Engineer, located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing shop drawings, managing quantities and Bill of Quantities (BOQ), coordinating with Architectural and electrical engineering teams, and ensuring the project's technical and documentational accuracy. The role involves collaborating with multiple project stakeholders and consistently adhering to project timelines and specifications.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Shop Drawings
  • Experience in creating and managing BOQ and Quantity Surveying
  • Solid understanding of Architecture Engineering principles and related practices
  • Knowledge in Electrical Engineering as it pertains to project execution
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools such as AutoCAD or similar
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in retail projects or construction preferred
