We're Hiring – Inventory Operator


Location:
Company's Distribution Center – near Dandy Mall, Sheikh Zayed

We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our warehouse and supply chain operations team.

If you have experience in inventory control, warehouse coordination, and stock management, this is a great opportunity to grow within a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain proper warehouse layout, shelf labeling, and storage organization.
  • Apply FIFO (First In – First Out) to ensure accurate product rotation.
  • Monitor production and expiry dates and manage returns or expired items.
  • Receive, prepare, and dispatch transfers to FCs with correct labeling and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Receiving, Distribution, and Stock Control teams to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Track pallet positions and oversee handling by forklift drivers and warehouse labor.
  • Conduct daily equipment checks to ensure readiness and safety.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of stock control procedures (ERP experience is a plus).
  • Non-managerial role – ideal for candidates with hands-on operational experience.
  • Previous experience in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry is preferred.
