Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager at Lychee Egypt. The position is based in Qesm 3rd New Cairo. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, including managing staff, ensuring high customer satisfaction, monitoring sales performance, optimizing processes, and maintaining product quality. Additional responsibilities include leading and motivating the team, managing inventory and logistics, and executing company strategies to achieve sales and service goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in sales performance management and setting targets
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management and operational processes
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Previous experience in retail or F&B management is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic is beneficial
