Job Description

As a Social Media Associate at eBen, you'll be the voice of our brand across digital platforms. You'll craft compelling content, engage with our community, and use data to drive strategy. This role is perfect for someone who's creative, analytical, and passionate about building meaningful online experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media content calendars across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok)
  • Create engaging posts, stories, and reels that reflect eBen's tone and values
  • Monitor and respond to community comments, messages, and mentions
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to align visuals and messaging
  • Track KPIs (engagement, reach, CTR, etc.) and generate performance reports
  • Stay up to date with trends, tools, and platform updates
  • Support paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations
  • Contribute to campaign ideation and brand storytelling

Qualifications

  • ·Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
  • Strong writing and visual storytelling skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Meta Business Suite.
  • Basic understanding of analytics and performance metrics
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience with B2B or SaaS brands is a plus
  • Video editing or motion graphics skills
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
  • Fluent in English & Arabic both written and spoken

· Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creative thinking, data analysis, & project management. and a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.

· Attributes: Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

A self-starter who is able to work remotely and autonomously.
