Egypt Education Platform is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated
Primary Homeroom Teacher
for the
Academic Year at GEMS British International school of Madinaty
. As a primary homeroom teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that supports the growth and development of each student.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and assess engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student well-being and success
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners
  • Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress and school activities
  • Contribute to the overall school community through participation in school events and extracurricular activities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices
  • Adhere to school policies and regulations, with a strong commitment to safeguarding and child protection

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • Teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE) is highly desirable
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience in a primary setting
  • Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
