QA & Product Support Specialist

We are looking for a QA & Product Support Specialist to work closely with our Product Team to ensure the quality, reliability and user-friendliness of Yalla Plus products

Key Responsibilities:-

1- Execute manual testing for new features, bug fixes and product releases

2- Identify, document and report bugs or inconsistencies with clear reproduction steps

3- Conduct regression testing across platforms (web, mobile, POS)

4- Collaborate with developers to clarify issues and ensure timely resolution

5- Validate UI/UX flow and ensure the product meets usability standards

6- Act as a communication bridge between Product, Tech, Sales, and Support teams

7- Assist in writing product documentation, release notes and feature checklists

8- Support the Product Manager in coordinating sprints, timelines, and deliverables

9- Help define and refine QA processes and testing guidelines

10- Contribute to enhancing product stability, performance and customer experience

Requirements:-

1- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in QA, Product Support or similar roles (MUST)

2- Experience with SaaS or F&B technology platforms (POS, QR menus, ERP) is a MUST

3- Strong understanding of manual testing methods and QA best practices

4- Familiarity with basic SQL, APIs or Postman testing

5- Understanding of Agile and Scrum processes

6- Excellent communication and documentation skills

7- An access to a personal laptop is a MUST
