Ecotel is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead one of our exciting Data Center projects in 
Jordan

 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning & Execution

  2. Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans using tools such as Microsoft Project.

  3. Coordinate and supervise all phases of project execution from initiation to handover.

  4. Lead the interface between design, procurement, implementation, testing, and commissioning teams.

  5. Technical Management

  6. Oversee the implementation of 
    electromechanical systems
     including power distribution, Busways, UPS systems, generators, HVAC, DCIM, and BMS systems.

  7. Ensure all systems comply with international standards (TIA-942, ASHRAE, Uptime Institute Tier Standards, etc.).

  8. Stakeholder & Contractor Management

  9. Manage subcontractors and suppliers on site, ensuring deliverables meet contractual and technical requirements.

  10. Serve as the main point of contact with the client, consultants, and internal departments.

  11. Conduct regular progress meetings and issue project reports.

  12. Risk, Quality, and Safety

  13. Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.

  14. Monitor and enforce quality assurance and safety compliance.

  15. Ensure documentation, approvals, and testing procedures are properly completed.

  16. Financial & Contractual Control

  17. Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and variation claims.

  18. Support procurement in evaluating technical and commercial offers.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (PMP certification or equivalent is a must).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years leading data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects is a must
    Strong technical background (power & mechanical preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong technical understanding of 
    electrical and mechanical systems
     used in data centers.
  • Excellent planning and scheduling skills (MS Project).
  • Proficiency in project budgeting and financial tracking.
