who will lead a talented frontend team while actively contributing to building high-performance, scalable web applications. This role combines
technical leadership

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of frontend developers to deliver high-quality web applications.
  • Drive the development of
    applications
    using
    React 18+
    ,
    TypeScript
    , and modern frontend tooling.
  • Implement
    server components
    ,
    server actions
    , and
    SSR/ISR
    for optimal performance and SEO.
  • Collaborate with designers to turn
    Figma mockups
    into responsive, pixel-perfect UIs using
    Tailwind CSS
    or
    SCSS
    .
  • Manage state efficiently with
    React Context
    ,
    Redux Toolkit
    , or
    React Query
    .
  • Integrate
    RESTful
    and
    GraphQL APIs
    , handle authentication, and ensure secure session management.
  • Promote and enforce best practices in
    accessibility
    ,
    performance optimization
    , and
    SEO
    .
  • Participate in
    architecture discussions
    ,
    code reviews
    , and
    strategic technical planning
    .
  • Work closely with product managers and backend teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Manage
    CI/CD pipelines
    , maintain
    Git workflows
    , and monitor production performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest
    React
    ,

    , and web performance trends.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in
    JavaScript (ES6+)
    and
    TypeScript
    .
  • Deep knowledge of

    (hooks, context, suspense, concurrent features).
  • Hands-on experience with
    13/14/15

    server components
    , and
    dynamic rendering
    .
  • Expertise in
    HTML5

    Tailwind CSS

  • Solid understanding of

    , and handling middleware.
  • Familiarity with
