Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Perform manual and automated testing of software applications.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and issues using testing tools.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on usability and functionality.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis and design reviews.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of testing documentation and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Software Tester or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or TestRail.
  • Familiarity with programming languages like Java or Python is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
