Position Summary

We are looking for a
Senior Graphic Designer
with advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite to lead the creation of compelling visual content across print, digital, and video platforms. This role is integral to strengthening our brand presence and communicating our sustainability, innovation, and engineering excellence mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute visually compelling designs for marketing campaigns, corporate reports, internal communications, social media, exhibitions, and videos.
  • Lead design projects from brief to execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with content writers, video specialists, and project teams to translate complex technical topics into clear visual storytelling.
  • Create and refine illustrations, infographics, brochures, banners, pitch decks, roll-ups, and other visual assets.
  • Produce and edit motion graphics and short videos using After Effects and Premiere Pro for social media, internal videos, and events.
  • Uphold brand consistency across all touchpoints and mentor junior designers.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines, delivering with quality and precision.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in a corporate, agency, or creative production environment.
  • Expert proficiency in
    Adobe Creative Suite
    , particularly:
  • Photoshop
    (image editing and digital art)
  • Illustrator
    (vector graphics and iconography)
  • InDesign
    (print design and document layout)
  • After Effects
    (motion graphics and animation)
  • Premiere Pro
    (video editing and post-production)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in layout, branding, motion, and corporate communication design.
  • Advanced sense of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
