Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Native Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms using React Native. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-friendly mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define and implement new features.
  • Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Integrate APIs and third-party services efficiently.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Debug and resolve performance and usability issues.
  • Stay up to date with the latest mobile development trends and React Native updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of professional experience in mobile app development.
  • 3+ years of experience with React Native in production environments.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices.
  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, Recoil).
  • Familiarity with native build tools (Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle, CocoaPods).
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and mobile app architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.).
  • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
  • Experience integrating third-party SDKs and APIs.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
